This Privacy Policy explains how SecureBuildIQ LLC ("SecureBuildIQ," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, join our launch list, or use our applications and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the launch list; and, if you create an account, your name, email, role, company/organization, and login credentials.
- Content you put into the Service. Project, device, drawing, schedule, equipment, and check-off data; photos and files you upload; messages and questions you submit to AI features.
- Payment information. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers — Stripe handles that. We receive limited billing details (e.g., plan, status, last four digits).
- Automatically collected. Device, browser, IP address, log data, and basic usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- To notify you about our launch, updates, and account or billing matters.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence. Content you submit to those features (such as drawings, project data, or questions) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to generate results. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, such inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are decision-support only — always verify before relying on them. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, only as needed to provide it:

5. Sharing your project data
Features that let you share dashboards or reports with clients or teammates will disclose the data you choose to share with the people you choose to share it with. You control those choices.
6. Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices & rights
- You can unsubscribe from launch emails at any time.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; contact us to exercise them.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
9. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
